![]() ![]() EPT Barcelona has been a stop in every season of the European Poker Tour, easily one of the most popular live tournaments on the poker calendar. Then it is on to EPT Barcelona at Casino Barcelona, which will run August 26 – September 8. A mainstay of the European Poker Tour, EPT Monte-Carlo has been on the schedule every year (except for the 2020 COVID-19 year) since 2005. Next is EPT Monte-Carlo at the Monte-Carlo Casino, April 24 – May 4. “After last year’s EPT Paris, we really listened to players’ feedback, and we looked at how to improve the players’ experience and capacity for this event which has the potential to be one of the largest EPT festivals ever,” said Cedric Billot, Associate Director of Live Events Operations, in Tuesday’s announcement. The new venue, Le Palais des Congrès, has over 120 tournament tables, so it will be able to host a larger schedule than EPT Paris had this year. The 2024 EPT season begins with EPT Paris, February 14-25. Both Paris and Cyprus are back for their second seasons on the tour, while Monte-Carlo, Barcelona, and Prague return as perennial favorites. As expected, it’s a short slate of tour stops, but the EPT always goes for quality over quantity. The European Poker Tour has released the full schedule for its 2024 season. ![]()
